ANDREW STAUCH
Senior Project Manager
Andrew Stauch is a native Austinite with over 12 years of commercial construction management experience in the Austin market. Prior to joining CPM, Andrew was a Project Manager at The Beck Group and worked on such notable projects as Aquila Commercial’s 2010 E 6th Street urban infill office building, Trammell Crow’s 500 West 2nd high-rise office building, and the University of Texas NHB Experimental Sciences Building. Currently Andrew is working on projects such as Leander Springs, the Paramount & State Theatre renovations, and the Mason County Courthouse restoration. His management approach emphasizes an integrated mindset to align the interests of all team members and maximize positive outcomes.
Andrew graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science and a Minor in Business Administration. Upon returning to Austin, he was a member of the Young Men's Business League (YMBL) of Austin, where he served on the Board of Directors for 4 years. He also coached baseball at Western Hills Little League – where he, too, was once a young ballplayer. Andrew is a current member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Away from the office, Andrew enjoys traveling, working out in his garage gym, and skiing.
