Andrew Stauch

Andrew Stauch is a native Austinite with over 12 years of commercial construction management experience in the Austin market. Prior to joining CPM, Andrew was a Project Manager at The Beck Group and worked on such notable projects as Aquila Commercial’s 2010 E 6th Street urban infill office building, Trammell Crow’s 500 West 2nd high-rise office building, and the University of Texas NHB Experimental Sciences Building. Currently Andrew is working on projects such as Leander Springs, the Paramount & State Theatres, the Mason County Courthouse restoration, and a number of multifamily developments.

Andrew graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science and a Minor in Business Administration. Upon returning to Austin, he was a member of the Young Men's Business League (YMBL) of Austin, where he served on the Board of Directors for 4 years. He also coached baseball at Western Hills Little League – where he, too, was once a young ballplayer. More recently, Andrew was a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA) Leadership Development Council in 2019.

Away from the office, Andrew can be found spending time with his wife Krysta and their son Colter, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.

"I think it's their breadth of experience that they've worked on so many different construction projects, particularly in the Austin area, they are familiar with city permitting and code challenges as well as the market for subcontractors and general contractors.” — Terry Mitchell, Momark Development
