Jay Milstead was born and raised in Austin and after graduating from the Construction Science program at Texas A&M University, he returned to begin his career in the commercial construction industry. During his career with The Beck Group, prior to joining CPM, he played a key role in delivering two notable local projects; Stream's "RiverSouth" and Aquila's "2010 E. 6th Street" projects. Since joining CPM, Jay is working on the Linden Residences,  Skyline Park at Easton Park, the McKinney Falls Apartments, and the 7600 Burnet Apartments.

Jay enjoys engaging in the community as a member of the Young Men's Business League (YMBL) and Northwest Community Church.

Jay also enjoys spending his free time with his wife, friends, family, and his two pups. Growing up playing sports, Jay continues to enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities - some of his favorites include hunting, fishing, wake surfing and snowboarding. Two of Jay's favorite places to kick back and relax are Lake Travis and Durango, Colorado.
