WE TAKE OUR WORK SERIOUSLY, NOT OURSELVES.

Born and raised in the Chicago area, Joe Tracy got to Texas as fast as he could and has spent his entire career managing projects in Central Texas.
He has served as general contractor, construction manager, design-builder and owner agent on such notable projects: as the USAA Bank Services Buildings, AT&T Capital Improvement Program, IBM/Tivoli Systems Campus, Baylor’s North Village Living & Learning Complex, The Domain, Concordia Campus Relocation, IBC Bank Plaza, the Seaholm redevelopment, The Independent, RBJ Center redevelopment, Austin Ridge Bible Church, and presently Indigo Ridge, Leander Springs and The Linden.
Joe is a 1993 graduate of Purdue University, where he earned a B.S. for Building Construction Management. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Austin Habitat for Humanity and is a member of Urban Land Institute, State Bar of Texas Construction Law Section and Shepherd of The Hills Presbyterian Church.
When Joe clocks out, you’ll find him out on the town with his wife Stacie, watching his son Camden's band performances and lacrosse games, barbecuing with neighbors, chasing a golf ball around a course, or rooting for his Purdue Boilermakers and favorite Chicago sports teams.
