Kappa Kappa Gamma House Renovations- University of Texas Austin
CPM Texas was engaged by Kappa Kappa Gamma to manage additions and renovations to their historic sorority house. The project involved a comprehensive update to the 1939 house, which spans approximately 20,200 square feet across three floors plus a basement. Accommodating 60 girls and a house director, the house is a registered historic landmark. The renovation included reconfiguring the kitchen, bedrooms, and support spaces, adding floors above the main living room, and finishing unexcavated basement areas. The design aims to improve the kitchen and dining capacity, consolidate bathroom facilities, and create enhanced spaces for community activities and study, all while preserving the building's historic character.
