KMFA Classical 89.5 Headquarters
After broadcasting from leased space for 52 years, CPM Texas led the team that delivered a new home for KMFA Austin Classical Radio. KFMA’s new space is part of the Rebekah Baines Johnson Center (RBJ Center) and is a state-of-the-art facility that redefines the station’s community presence.
Strategically located just east of I-35 on the north shore of Lady Bird Lake, the 18,000 SF building triples the size of the station’s former studios, providing new amenities such as performance and recording spaces. The redevelopment of the RBJ Center, also project managed by CPM, into a vibrant "urban village" promises myriad opportunities for growth and community engagement, positioning KMFA at the heart of a thriving cultural and residential hub.
