The Lakeway Church
CPM Texas led the preconstruction process for a new home for the expanding Lakeway Church in the Austin suburb of Lakeway. The project featured a new 800-seat worship center, a spacious lobby and gathering area, a music and media suite, a three-room nursery, and a central outdoor courtyard with an extended porch for church events and chapel services. To maintain both physical and aesthetic coherence, the team added a grand covered walkway, seamlessly connecting the existing campus with the new additions. Site improvements included additional surface parking, upgrades to the water quality facility, enhanced utilities, and other necessary infrastructure to support the campus expansion.
