Project Transitions Burnet Place
CPM Texas partnered with the Austin non-profit Project Transitions to develop a much-needed new housing center, Burnet Place, furthering Project Transitions' mission of serving people with HIV by providing housing, comprehensive support services, recuperative care, and hospice in compassionate and caring environments. Burnet Place will add another 61 units of safe, stable housing that will serve Central Texas for generations to come, bringing Project Transitions up to 101 total units dedicated to individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS.
