Travis County North Campus Redevelopment
The Travis County North Campus was a creative use of the Public Facility Corporation in partnership with SWSG as a private developer to construct and lease back a Class A office building. The project includes a new 88,000 SF office building for Travis County and a shared parking structure.
In addition to the office building, the development partnership included DMA in the construction of 190 affordable housing apartments branded as Travis Flats. SWSG/DMA made several presentations to neighborhood associations and the Travis County Commissioners Court to communicate the apartment complex's positive impact. Travis Flats demonstrates an ongoing commitment to sustainable urban development and affordable housing solutions.
