Leadership at CPM isn’t theoretical—it’s practical. We’ve built before, and that shapes the way we manage, advise, and deliver on behalf of our clients.
Why Owners Hire CPM
We’ve built before.
Every project manager on our team has real-world construction experience—so we know what it takes to get it done.
We bring clarity to complexity.
From RFQs to ribbon-cuttings, we simplify the process, align teams, and keep your project moving forward.
We’re trusted advisors.
Our clients don’t just count on us to manage—they rely on us to guide, advocate, and lead with their goals in mind.
Established in 2013 with roots dating back to the mid-1990s, CPM has grown into one of the most respected Owner’s Representative and Project Management firms in Texas. Our founding principals—veterans of the general contracting world—built CPM to fill a gap in the market: owners needed not just oversight, but trusted advisors who had managed construction themselves.
That builder’s perspective continues to define how we lead projects. We represent public and private clients across a wide range of sectors—including government, higher education, religious institutions, nonprofits, commercial office, and mixed-use developments. From feasibility studies to move-in day, we guide teams through every phase of design and construction with clarity, consistency, and purpose.
CPM is known for being relational, results-oriented, and hands-on. Our clients value our proactive leadership, our ability to simplify complexity, and our commitment to doing what we say we’ll do. Many return to us for future work—and refer others—because they know we bring the same integrity to every project, regardless of size or scope.
