Program & Project Management

We serve as the owner's advocate from concept to completion—managing every stage of a project’s lifecycle. This includes early programming and visioning, guiding design development and permitting, managing contractors and risk during construction, and ensuring successful closeout. We chair meetings, drive accountability, and create clarity for clients across design, construction, and operations. Whether a new build or renovation, our leadership helps ensure cost, time, and quality goals are achieved.

Cost Management

We protect your financial interests by building conservative, realistic budgets and tracking costs with discipline. Our services include conceptual budgeting, estimating, value engineering, cost verification, contingency planning, change order negotiation, and monthly cost-to-complete forecasting. We speak contractor and design team language, and we serve as translators—making complex financial information actionable and transparent for owners.

Scheduling & Project Controls

A well-managed schedule is a critical tool for project success. We develop and update detailed schedules for all project phases, including design, permitting, procurement, and construction. We help structure CMAR, DBB, and alternative delivery methods with contracts that reduce ambiguity and increase accountability.

Dispute Resolution & Recovery

CPM supports owners, attorneys, and insurers in construction-related disputes with expert-level clarity. Our experience as former general contractors and current owner’s reps enables us to clearly articulate issues, determine damages, and support resolution in mediation, arbitration, or court.
