Dave Stauch has been setting the standard for project delivery in Central Texas since the mid-1980s. In 2013, Dave founded the firm with one simple goal: do compelling work with interesting people to achieve results that matter. This goal resonated with industry veterans Joe Tracy, who joined the firm in 2015, followed by John Duke in 2017, Andrew Stauch in 2019, and Christian Dowell in 2021. As partners of CPM, Dave, Joe, John, Andrew, and Christian lead every project because they love what they do, a passion also shared by our team of highly experienced project managers.
