CPM Texas (CPM) is an industry leader specializing in a full range of development and construction project management services. CPM provides project leadership specifically tailored to achieve our Client’s cost, time and quality goals. This level of service can range from comprehensive project management services to the performance of specific functions such as construction management, project recovery and/or other special services.

To be considered for a project management position, the candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience (for an Assistant Project Manager role) or 6 years of experience (for Project Manager role) in successful construction project management (preferably for a general contractor), experience within the Central Texas area is a plus.

CPM typically approaches each assignment with project teams consisting of a Principal, a Project Manager, and, at times, an Assistant Project Manager(s) depending on the size and complexity of a project. Each Project Manager is likely to manage more than one program/project simultaneously. It is the Project Manager’s responsibility to understand and formally define objectives for the project team, and to achieve the Client’s cost, time and quality objectives for the Project.

To be effective, the Project Manager must become familiar with the scope, terms, and conditions of the contract with the Client as well as those contracts with all design professionals and contractors. To this end, the Project Manager’s detailed attention to project administration is essential.
