Capitol West

CPM served as the Owner’s Project Manager for Capitol West, a Class A office development commissioned by the Texas Association of Counties Risk Management Pool (TAC RMP) and located at 1204 San Antonio Street in downtown Austin. Situated just three blocks from the Texas State Capitol, this four-story, 41,627-square-foot building provides a modern and efficient headquarters environment tailored to the needs of a high-performing public sector organization.

Key features of the project include:

  • Four levels of underground parking, delivering a 2.5:1,000 SF parking ratio

  • Private outdoor balconies and an outdoor terrace, creating indoor-outdoor flexibility

  • A fitness center with showers and secure bike storage, supporting health and sustainability

  • Shared boardroom and conference access via the adjacent 1210 San Antonio building

  • On-site property management, enhancing operational responsiveness

CPM led the project from predevelopment through construction, collaborating with GSC Architects and SpawGlass to deliver a workplace that balances aesthetics, functionality, and long-term value. Capitol West reflects CPM’s ability to steward owner priorities and public investments through every stage of complex urban development.
