Principal

With CPM since 2019

Andrew Stauch is a native Austinite with more than 15 years of commercial construction experience, focused on delivering complex, high-impact projects across Central Texas. Prior to joining CPM, he served as a Project Manager at The Beck Group, where he helped lead landmark efforts including Trammell Crow’s 500 West 2nd high-rise, UT’s Norman Hackerman Experimental Sciences Building, and Aquila Commercial’s urban infill office at 2010 E. 6th Street.

At CPM, Andrew continues to guide challenging and high-profile work—from the restoration of the Paramount and State Theatres, to the development of Lake Walk, Korman Fine Jewelry’s new flagship, and multiple multifamily residential projects. He is known for his detail-oriented project leadership and ability to balance technical precision with collaborative stakeholder engagement.

Andrew holds a B.S. in Construction Science with a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He previously served four years on the Board of Directors for the Young Men’s Business League of Austin, coached youth baseball at Western Hills Little League—where he once played—and was a 2019 member of the RECA Leadership Development Council.

Outside the office, Andrew enjoys the outdoors, travel, and time with his wife Krysta and their two children.
