Brian Carpenter brings nearly two decades of experience in the Central Texas construction industry, providing thoughtful leadership across a wide range of project types. He is especially skilled at guiding nonprofit and mission-driven organizations through the building process, helping them navigate complex decisions with clarity, care, and budget-conscious expertise.
His portfolio includes the Austin Ridge Bible Church Bee Cave campus expansion, KMFA Classical 89.5’s headquarters and live studio, Project Transitions multifamily housing, and the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity House renovations. Brian’s earlier work includes the Greater Mount Zion Baptist Church, Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority House, St. Edward’s University residence and dining hall, and the Seaholm Power Plant redevelopment, among others.
Originally from the Houston area, Brian earned his B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets. He is also a former member of the Young Men’s Business League of Austin.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys time at the lake, working in the yard, and being with his wife Gretchen and their two children, Maggie and Connor.
