Conor Taylor

Conor Taylor brings a global perspective and more than a decade of experience in real estate development and project management. After first joining CPM Texas in 2015, he spent eight years in his native New Zealand, where he served as an owner’s project manager and real estate developer for the country’s largest homebuilder and social housing provider. There, he successfully led projects valued up to $165 million, overseeing all phases from pre-acquisition through construction.

Since returning to CPM, Conor has contributed to a range of projects including Korman Fine Jewelry’s new headquarters, Indeed’s corporate finish-out, and The Sinclair, a student housing development in Austin’s West Campus. His portfolio also includes work in affordable multifamily housing and faith-based projects, reflecting a strong commitment to community-centered development.

Conor holds a Bachelor of Property in Real Estate Development from the University of Auckland. He brings a steady, detail-oriented approach that bridges client vision with execution on the ground.

Outside of work, Conor enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing, and playing pickup basketball on weekends.
