Isaac dé Leon is a seasoned construction professional with hands-on experience in both field supervision and project management roles. A Texas A&M graduate and U.S. Army veteran, he brings a disciplined, steady leadership style to every phase of a project—whether coordinating trades on site or navigating complex schedules with clients and consultants.
Before joining CPM, Isaac worked at Swinerton, where he managed a diverse range of commercial projects across Texas, including corporate offices, data centers, and senior living communities. His dual background in the field and in management has made him a trusted leader on challenging and fast-paced assignments.
At CPM, he currently leads several active projects, including The Westlyn luxury condominiums in West Austin, the Austin Ridge Bible Church campus expansion, and the 360 Condos Slab Edge Repairs in downtown Austin.
Outside of work, Isaac enjoys golf, fitness, fishing, hunting, and cooking over a wood fire. He values quality time with his family, friends, and his two dogs.
