John Duke

John Duke brings two decades of commercial construction experience, uniquely combining roles in both Project Management and Field Supervision. His background includes high-profile projects such as 500 West 2nd Street, Dell Children’s Bed Tower, and The Domain. Since joining CPM, John has led or supported complex public and private developments, including the RBJ Redevelopment, Gonzales County Program Management, and The Row—a 314-acre mixed-use community in Southeast Austin.

A builder at heart, John’s “boots on the ground” approach reflects CPM’s ethos of leadership rooted in real-world construction experience. He is skilled at guiding multifaceted projects through all phases, from early planning and stakeholder alignment to construction execution and closeout.

Originally from Louisiana and raised in Dallas, John earned his B.S. in Landscape Design from UT Arlington and made Austin home shortly after. He currently serves as Board Chair of the TownLake YMCA, coaches youth sports, and is active in the Urban Land Institute and The Austin Stone.

Outside of work, John enjoys woodworking, building custom furniture, and spending time with his wife Jenna and their two children, Lily and Connor.
