Sam Wittlinger is a Central Texas native with 10 years of commercial construction experience, delivering projects across the Austin region. He began his career in the HVAC trade in high school before earning a B.S. in Construction Science with minors in Business and Leadership from Texas A&M University.
Before joining CPM, Sam worked with Flintco and SpawGlass, delivering projects for Travis County, Austin Community College, The University of Texas, the Texas Facilities Commission, and the City of Austin. His portfolio includes the UT Jester Dormitory renovation, ACC Highland Campus Phase 2, the Capitol Complex Phase 1: George H. W. Bush State Office Building, DSHS Dr. Bob Glaze Laboratory Deferred Maintenance, and the Barton Springs Bathhouse restoration.
Sam is committed to delivering high-quality projects from inception through closeout, with a focus on coordination, execution, and client satisfaction. Outside of work, he enjoys kayaking, cycling, fishing, trail running, and spending time outdoors with his wife, along with home renovation projects and helping friends and family.
