Foundation Communities
CPM supported multiple developments and helped build Foundation Communities’ internal capacity to lead its own housing projects. Early work included project management, process development, and preconstruction leadership.
Role: Project Management across multiple sites, with strategic handoff to in-house team.
Project Transitions – Burnet Place
Supportive housing for individuals living with HIV/AIDS and other critical health needs. CPM helped coordinate preconstruction, design, and phased construction alongside healthcare-informed housing teams.

RBJ Redevelopment
Major reinvestment in a legacy nonprofit senior living campus in East Austin. CPM coordinated work with the developer, nonprofit operator, and City to deliver modern senior housing while preserving community access.
