Mason County Courthouse
Reconstruction of the historic 1910 courthouse following fire damage. CPM guided restoration planning, preservation coordination, and scope refinement under FEMA and Texas Historic Commission requirements.
Role: Project Manager from programming through construction.
Austin City Lofts – Envelope Repairs
Managed envelope repairs to address water intrusion at an occupied downtown condo building. CPM coordinated engineers, scope development, and contractor selection on behalf of the HOA board.

360 Condos – Slab Edge Repairs
Phased repairs to exposed concrete slab edges on a 44-story residential tower. CPM worked with ownership and engineers to scope repairs, engage contractors, and minimize disruption to residents.
