Concordia University Texas – Campus Relocation

CPM led the relocation and redevelopment of Concordia University Texas’s main campus, guiding the transformation of a former Schlumberger facility into a modern, ecologically sensitive academic environment. Situated on a 437-acre site known as the Austin Hill Country Reserve, the new campus provided space for growth, new programming, and a stronger connection between education and nature.

The project included the renovation of 200,000 SF of existing buildings, the addition of new student housing and athletic facilities, and the preservation of a 250-acre nature preserve. The campus was designed with sensitivity to the site's unique ecosystem, which includes endangered species and mature tree cover. Programming and site development were phased to maintain continuity of operations while supporting the university’s long-term expansion goals.

CPM coordinated multiple contractor and design teams through phased delivery, balancing budget, schedule, and stewardship of a remarkable site. The result is a distinctive academic campus that supports learning, community, and ecological preservation.
