Covenant Presbyterian Church

CPM Texas provided Project Management services for a comprehensive set of campus improvements at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Austin. The project focused on improving both Eaton Hall and the surrounding campus, aligning building upgrades, site infrastructure, and outdoor spaces into a cohesive improvement effort that supports the church’s mission and day-to-day operations.

The work included the restoration and interior upgrades to Eaton Hall, coordinated closely with drainage, regrading, and landscape improvements across the site. These efforts addressed long-standing water management challenges while improving circulation, functionality, and durability of the campus. All work was carefully sequenced to minimize disruption and protect adjacent facilities during construction.

In conjunction with the building and site improvements, the project also delivered a new playground environment, featuring updated equipment and surfacing designed to enhance safety and usability. CPM served as the central point of coordination throughout the project, managing scope, budget, schedule, and construction activities to ensure the improvements functioned as a unified, long-term investment in the campus.
