First United Methodist Church Georgetown

CPM is leading a multi-phase campus renewal for First United Methodist Church Georgetown, a historic and growing congregation in downtown Georgetown, Texas. The project addresses critical facility needs, improves accessibility, and expands ministry-supporting spaces across the church’s active campus.

Scope includes replacing the failing HVAC system in the education building, making the sanctuary more accessible by removing mobility barriers, and updating the McKinney Christian Ministry Center (MCMC) with improved lighting, stage, and seating to better support contemporary worship. The project also relocates the nursery for easier access by young families and improves circulation across key campus areas.

CPM is supporting the church throughout all phases, from preplanning through construction, helping align design intent, operational needs, and funding priorities in a way that reflects the church’s values and long-term mission.
