The Lakeway Church

CPM led the preconstruction process for a significant campus expansion at Lakeway Church, located in the Austin suburb of Lakeway. The new development supports the church’s growing congregation with thoughtfully designed worship, gathering, and fellowship spaces that reflect the spirit and hospitality of the community.

The project features a new 800-seat worship center, a spacious lobby and gathering area, a dedicated music and media suite, and a three-room nursery for families. At the heart of the site is a central outdoor courtyard and an extended porch, providing flexible space for church events, informal gatherings, and outdoor chapel services.

To ensure both physical and aesthetic continuity with the existing campus, the team integrated a grand covered walkway that links old and new facilities seamlessly. The project also included expanded surface parking, upgrades to the water quality facility, enhanced utilities, and other infrastructure improvements to support the long-term growth of the church.

CPM’s leadership in preconstruction ensured thoughtful planning, design alignment, and a smooth handoff into the construction phase — laying the foundation for a welcoming, functional, and enduring place of worship.
