The Row - Public Improvements

CPM Texas was engaged by Presidium to provide Project Management Services for the public infrastructure components of The Row, a multi-phase, 314-acre master-planned development located at FM 973 and SH 71 in Austin, Texas.

CPM joined the project team during Phase 1, supporting the delivery of remaining infrastructure improvements and overseeing the installation of an electrical ductbank to enable future vertical development. In Phase 2, CPM managed the project from predevelopment through construction across 46 acres of planned residential and commercial uses.

The scope of work included roadways, utilities, site electrical systems, landscape infrastructure, and the installation of dual left-turn lanes with a new traffic signal on FM 973, coordinated with TxDOT. CPM worked closely with the design and construction team throughout both phases to deliver cohesive, phased infrastructure that supports long-term growth in Southeast Austin.
