Lake Walk – Vertical & Infrastructure Management

CPM Texas was engaged by William Cole Companies to provide full Project Management Services for Lake Walk, a 350-acre mixed-use development in Bryan, Texas. The current phase includes three vertical ground-up projects and a coordinated set of horizontal infrastructure improvements that will support the long-term buildout of this regional destination.

The vertical scope includes:

  • B4 – an 18,000 SF, two-story event venue and restaurant

  • B6 – a 103,000 SF, five-story office building with ground-floor restaurant space

  • B7 – a multi-level parking garage currently designed for 262 spaces

In parallel, CPM is managing the horizontal improvements package, which includes earthwork, utility infrastructure, a proposed pedestrian bridge over the lake, and a temporary parking lot to support interim activation of the site.

CPM’s role spans from preconstruction through active construction, providing leadership across budgeting, cost control, change order management, team coordination, and agency interface. This phase of Lake Walk is central to the district’s transformation into a walkable, mixed-use hub for work, dining, events, and future multifamily development.
