The Linden

CPM served as the Owner’s Project Manager for the development of The Linden Residences, a 28-story luxury condominium tower located at 313 West 17th Street in downtown Austin. This landmark project redefines urban living at the intersection of the Texas State Capitol, the University of Texas, and the city’s vibrant arts and medical districts.

The Linden offers 117 thoughtfully designed residences, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, as well as a limited collection of two-story penthouses. Each home features floor-to-ceiling windows, premium finishes, and private recessed terraces, providing residents with panoramic views of the Texas Hill Country, UT campus, and downtown skyline.

A full floor of elevated amenities on the 10th level enhances the living experience, featuring:

  • A 65-foot lap pool and cold plunge pool

  • Indoor/outdoor fitness facility with sauna

  • Private dining and conference room

  • Resident lounge and co-working space

  • Outdoor cooking areas and a pet park with dog-wash station

CPM collaborated closely with Reger Holdings, Rhode Partners, Bartlett Cocke, and other project stakeholders to deliver a contemporary residential tower that harmonizes form and function. The Linden stands as a testament to Austin’s evolving skyline, offering residents a unique blend of luxury, comfort, and connectivity to the city’s cultural and professional hubs.
