CPM served as the Owner’s Project Manager for The Goodwin Apartments, a modern multifamily residential community located at 3706 Goodwin Avenue in East Austin. The Goodwin offers 363 units across a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments designed to appeal to a range of residents. The design emphasizes clean lines, modern finishes, and natural materials, while maximizing access to light, views, and shared outdoor space.
