CPM served as the Owner’s Project Manager for The Goodwin Apartments, a modern multifamily residential community located at 3706 Goodwin Avenue in East Austin. Situated at the intersection of urban energy and neighborhood charm, the project contributes to the area’s evolving identity with bold architecture, activated public space, and thoughtful density.

The Goodwin offers 363 units across a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments designed to appeal to a range of residents. The design emphasizes clean lines, modern finishes, and natural materials, while maximizing access to light, views, and shared outdoor space.

Resident amenities include:

  • A resort-style pool courtyard with grilling stations and lounge areas

  • Coworking lounges and private meeting rooms

  • A fitness center with strength and cardio zones

  • Dog park, bike storage, and package lockers

  • Structured parking and secure access throughout

CPM collaborated closely with Davies Collaborative, Cadence McShane Construction, and the ownership team to deliver a high-quality multifamily development in one of Austin’s most active residential corridors. From preconstruction through project completion, CPM provided leadership in budget oversight, schedule coordination, and design execution, helping realize a vibrant, design-forward community.
