The Weaver

CPM served as the Owner’s Project Manager for The Weaver, a 5-story, mixed-income residential development located at 1401 Art Dilly Drive in East Austin. As part of the Rebekah Baines Johnson (RBJ) Center redevelopment, The Weaver contributes to a vibrant, multi-generational community along the Lady Bird Lake corridor.

Developed by the SSG/Momark Collaborative (a joint venture of Southwest Strategies Group and Momark Development), The Weaver offers 250 apartment units, blending affordable and market-rate housing in a transit-oriented, walkable setting adjacent to the Lance Armstrong Bikeway, Plaza Saltillo, and downtown Austin. The building’s design draws from East Austin’s architectural roots while delivering modern amenities and urban connectivity.

Resident amenities include:

  • A rooftop terrace with sweeping city views

  • Community lounge and shared gathering spaces

  • On-site fitness center

  • Bike storage and structured parking

  • A landscaped courtyard for indoor-outdoor connection

CPM collaborated closely with the development team, Davies Collaborative (architect), and Skybeck Construction (general contractor) from preconstruction through completion. The Weaver reflects CPM’s commitment to managing complex, mission-driven housing projects that support affordability, mobility, and long-term livability in Austin’s urban core.
