Mason County Courthouse Restoration
Historic reconstruction of the 1910 Mason County Courthouse following a catastrophic fire. CPM coordinated preservation, funding, and delivery strategy.
Role: Owner’s Rep from inception through construction.

Travis County North Campus
Redevelopment of a multi-block public site into housing, offices, and public service facilities. CPM coordinated agency needs with complex public-private delivery.
Role: Owner’s Rep for campus master planning, programming, and developer coordination.

Capitol West
New-build spec office developed by the Texas Association of Counties (TAC RMP) near the Capitol. CPM joined after demolition and guided construction through delivery, coordinating team roles and budget oversight.
