Aquarena Crossing – Retail & Private Infrastructure Development

CPM Texas was engaged by Long View Equity (LVE) to provide Project Management Services for the Aquarena Crossing Retail Project, a ground-up commercial development located near 1430 N IH-35 in San Marcos, Texas. The project includes two core and shell storefront retail buildings and a separately phased private drive and bridge system serving the site.

The vertical portion of the project includes Lot 1A and Lot 1B, totaling approximately 21,300 GSF of new retail space. In parallel, the team is delivering Lot 2B, which includes a private access drive and structural bridge designed to serve future retail and vehicular circulation.

CPM is overseeing all aspects of the project across preconstruction and construction phases — including cost and schedule management, contractor coordination, utility and jurisdictional interface, and oversight of steel fabrication logistics for both buildings.
