Plum Creek - Public Infrastructure Improvements

CPM Texas provided Construction Phase Services for key public infrastructure improvements supporting the Plum Creek master-planned community in North Hays County Municipal Utility District No. 2. Working on behalf of Plum Creek Development Partners, CPM helped oversee the execution of utility and roadway infrastructure essential to supporting continued development in the growing Kyle area.

The project included approximately 6,000 linear feet of water and wastewater lines as part of the Plum Creek Water Transmission Line and Wastewater Interceptor, along with street, drainage, and utility improvements for Section 11H. These improvements serve future residential and commercial phases while advancing the district’s long-range infrastructure plan.

CPM coordinated with the contractor and engineer during construction to monitor progress, manage communications, and support the delivery of high-quality public infrastructure on behalf of the district and developer.
