Concordia University – Campus Relocation
CPM helped relocate Concordia University to a new 389-acre campus in northwest Austin, managing programming, coordination, and delivery of academic and student-life facilities.
Role: Project Manager from early planning through phased construction.
UT – Norman Hackerman Building
Support for this flagship science building on UT’s Austin campus. CPM worked with university staff, designers, and builders to manage schedule, systems coordination, and closeout.
Role: Delivered by current CPM team members while serving as General Contractor.
UT System Administration Building
Construction of a 19-story headquarters for the UT System. CPM coordinated phasing, contractor delivery, and building system turnover across departments and external partners.
