Representative Projects
The Row – Public Infrastructure
CPM supported the public infrastructure components of The Row, a 314-acre master-planned development in Southeast Austin. Scope included roadways, utilities, landscape infrastructure, a TxDOT traffic signal, and civil systems to support long-term phased growth.
Role: Project Manager for infrastructure during Phase 1 construction and full project leadership in Phase 2 from predevelopment through delivery.
Lake Walk Development
Owner’s Rep services for a large-scale infrastructure extension supporting a future commercial development. Scope included road extension, utility upgrades, and drainage planning.
Role: Owner’s Rep from preconstruction through civil construction.
Tillery Street Wastewater Extension
Oversight and coordination of a new wastewater main extension in East Austin, connecting to City of Austin systems. CPM helped align phasing and permitting with adjacent development needs.
