Mason County Courthouse Restoration
After a 2021 fire destroyed Mason County’s historic courthouse, CPM led the restoration of this iconic civic landmark. Completed in 2024, the project was rededicated to the community and recognized by the Texas Historical Commission for excellence in historic preservation.
Project Transitions | Burnet Place
CPM partnered with Project Transitions to deliver Burnet Place, a 61-unit supportive housing community in Austin for people living with HIV. Designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, the project creates a safe, dignified environment that blends affordability with thoughtful urban design.
Kissing Tree Phase II – Amenity Center
CPM led the delivery of Phase II of the Kissing Tree Amenity Center in San Marcos, Texas, enhancing the 55+ community’s wellness and lifestyle offerings. This phase included a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, and a pedestrian bridge linking the development’s amenity zones.
